On the same level is a large open plan kitchen/dining and lounge with a log burner. This area opens up to the deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. A fully equipped laundry is also on this level.
Internal access leads to the downstairs area which provides two double sized beds with single bunks above and bathroom. This area is also used as a lounge with couch, chairs, TV/DVD and with external access. This is an ideal area for a second family or children/teenagers.
The property is partially fenced with a lawn for playing on and plenty of off street parking. WiFi and Netflix are available throughout the house.
