Fantastic place! Hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing/snowboarding. Fireplace nice and warm and beds very comfortable.

We recently stayed at Pembroke Cottage in Wanaka. The place was fantastic. Great location so close to town, park and waterfront! Was a bit worried about warmth as it was middle of winter and cold! But the house is super cosy and warm. Fireplace takes no time to heat the home and the panel heaters in all rooms maintain everything even when away skiing for the day. Under tile heating in bathroom spot on! Spa makes a big difference to a winter holiday, perfect for sharing stories of the day! Thank you to Wanaka Holiday Houses for their work and dropping in extra linen and topping up the firewood too. Loved our stay and will be back for sure. Thanks so much!

Location and views from this property. Grounds with plenty of space for parking and garage availability. Ramp from laundry great for elderly family member to use in preference to the stairs. Ensuite rooms when house occupied by a range of family members.

We loved our stay at Pembroke Cottage. It was lovely and warm with the fire going and a highlight was sitting in the spa in the snow! Definitely a home away from home. We hope to be back.

Had an awesome stay here – the house has everything you could want, the lawn is massive and it’s a short walk into the town. Highly recommended!

Fantastic property, clean and tidy. Works well with families as has the bunk room down stairs, lots of space upstairs. Great to get home from skiing and be able to have a spa. Thanks very much for letting us stay.

Pembroke Cottage was the perfect cosy cottage for our family of two adults and three young children. The cottage provided a warm place to relax and unwind after a day on the mountain. The very well heated house (including underfloor heating in the bathroom) was very low maintenance and comfortable. We all loved the outdoor spa, it was a perfect way to enjoy the snow capped mountain views. Couldn’t recommend this cottage highly enough for a family.

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and tidy and easily catered for nine people. It is an easy walk to town and has a lovely view of the lake.
